Brad has been a General Contractor since 1999 specialized in single-family and multi-family construction throughout Greater Des Moines Metro, Ames/Story County, and Central Iowa. He supervises our construction, creates building schedules, and advises on subcontractors. Brad has an eye for detail to maintain our quality control.

20 years of professional construction. He's also a licensed realtor which keeps him up to date on the latest real estate trends throughout Iowa. He monitors the marketplace for opportunities for quality products at the best pricing. Licensed to sell real estate in Iowa.
